Long Beach, WA

We arrived in Long Beach at Andersen's Campground for a three night stay.  Long Beach is just north of Astoria, OR and is part state park, part private sector.  The camp sat on several acres of beach front property that boasts to be the longest stretch of solid beach in the country.  It also can be driven on, and that's all Ron had to know.  Our days were spent exploring Oysterville, Ocean Park, and the ports just south of Long Beach.  There was also another great quilt shop I had to visit, Boardwalk Quilts, where the owner was more than happy to let us see her long arm machine in action.  I love quilty people!

Long and lone, this beach was fun to let the dogs run and Ron play
